Preparation of Oil ::
Peanut Kernels contain 40 - 50 % of fixed oil The graded and cleaned kernels are crushed and the oil is separated by first expression Further quantity of oil is collected by hot expression method Both fractions are mixed together it is then allowed to stand for some time to separate stearin and filtered The oil is then treated with fuller s earth or carbon for bleaching and filtered thoroughly by using filter presses .
Peanut cake or peanut oil meal is rich source of proteins and contains about 39 - 45 % crude proteins In the crude form it is used as cattle feed or is used as raw material for the preparation of protein - hydrolysate .

तेल बनाने की विधि ::
मूंगफली के दानों में 40-50% फिक्स्ड ऑयल होता है। ग्रेडेड और साफ़ किए गए दानों को कुचला जाता है और पहले एक्सप्रेशन से तेल अलग किया जाता है। तेल की और मात्रा हॉट एक्सप्रेशन मेथड से इकट्ठा की जाती है। दोनों हिस्सों को एक साथ मिलाया जाता है, फिर इसे स्टीयरिन को अलग करने के लिए कुछ समय के लिए रखा जाता है और फ़िल्टर किया जाता है। फिर तेल को ब्लीचिंग के लिए मुल्तानी मिट्टी या कार्बन से ट्रीट किया जाता है और फ़िल्टर प्रेस का इस्तेमाल करके अच्छी तरह फ़िल्टर किया जाता है।
पीनट केक या पीनट ऑयल मील प्रोटीन का अच्छा सोर्स है और इसमें लगभग 39 - 45% क्रूड प्रोटीन होता है। क्रूड रूप में इसका इस्तेमाल जानवरों के चारे के तौर पर या प्रोटीन - हाइड्रोलाइज़ेट बनाने के लिए कच्चे माल के तौर पर किया जाता है।
