Method of Preparation ::
Raw wool contains about 31 % wool fibres suint or wool sweat (chemically potassium salts of fatty acids ) about 32 % earthy matter and about 25% wool grease or crude - lanolin . Crude lanolin is separated by washing with sulphuric acid or suitable organic solvent or soap solution it is further purified and bleached The product is known as anhydrous lanolin or wool fat The hydrous wool fat is produced by intimately mixing wool fat with 30.0 % of water .

तैयार करने का तरीका ::
कच्चे ऊन में लगभग 31% वूल फ़ाइबर सूट या वूल स्वेट (केमिकली फैटी एसिड के पोटेशियम सॉल्ट), लगभग 32% मिट्टी का पदार्थ और लगभग 25% वूल ग्रीस या क्रूड - लैनोलिन होता है। कच्चे लैनोलिन को सल्फ्यूरिक एसिड या सही ऑर्गेनिक सॉल्वेंट या साबुन के घोल से धोकर अलग किया जाता है, इसे और साफ़ और ब्लीच किया जाता है। इस प्रोडक्ट को एनहाइड्रस लैनोलिन या वूल फैट के नाम से जाना जाता है। हाइड्रस वूल फैट, वूल फैट को 30.0% पानी के साथ अच्छी तरह मिलाकर बनाया जाता है।
